Welcome to RoadReady. By using our WhatsApp-based driving theory preparation bot, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using RoadReady, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use RoadReady.
2. Service description
RoadReady is a WhatsApp-based chatbot that helps users prepare for the Vehicle Inspection Department (VID) provisional driving test in Zimbabwe. The bot is currently only accessible via the WhatsApp mobile app and is not available for use on the desktop application.
3. Subscription plans
- Free Plan: Limited access to practice question papers.
- Premium Plan: Full access to all question papers for a fee of $2 per month, which must be manually renewed. This is subject to change.
4. Payment and renewal
- The Premium Plan requires manual renewal each month.
- Payment methods and instructions will be provided upon subscription.
- Failure to renew on time will result in loss of access to Premium features.
5. Refund and cancellation policy
- No refunds will be issued once payment has been made.
- No cancellation is permitted after payment. Users will retain access to Premium features for the full subscription period.
6. Account usage and restrictions
- Each subscription is limited to one user per account, as WhatsApp numbers are unique.
- Users may not share, transfer, or resell access to RoadReady.
- Any attempt to misuse the bot, exploit vulnerabilities, or engage in unauthorized activities may result in account suspension.
7. Disclaimer: no guarantee of test success
RoadReady provides educational resources to help users prepare for the VID provisional test, but we do not guarantee that users will pass the test. Success depends on individual effort and external factors beyond our control.
8. Modifications to the service
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features of RoadReady at any time. Users will be informed of major changes through WhatsApp or our website.
9. Limitation of liability
RoadReady is an educational tool and is provided "as is." We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of the service, including but not limited to:
- Failing the VID provisional test.
- Loss of subscription access due to failure to renew.
- Inaccessibility of the service due to technical issues beyond our control.
10. Privacy and data handling
Our handling of user data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from the use of RoadReady will be subject to the jurisdiction of Zimbabwean courts.
